CRASA APS
Public Offer / Terms of Service

This document constitutes a public offer (public contract) within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code. Acceptance of this offer means full agreement with its terms.
1. Parties
Offeror: CRASA APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale), Naples, Italy.
Acceptor: any natural or legal person who has accepted these terms by registering on the platform or using its services.
2. Subject matter
CRASA APS provides an online platform for:
- publication of service listings by Ukrainian professionals in Italy;
- job search and employment offers;
- creation and management of service orders;
- publication of news, events and useful information for the Ukrainian community in Italy;
- communication and networking among platform users.
The platform acts as an information intermediary and is not liable for the fulfilment of agreements between users.
3. Registration and eligibility
To use platform services, the user must:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- provide truthful information during registration;
- keep login credentials confidential;
- comply with applicable Italian, EU, and international law;
- not publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- publishing false or misleading information;
- using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities;
- spamming or sending unsolicited commercial communications;
- attempting to access other users' accounts;
- collecting other users' personal data without authorisation;
- publishing content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- using the platform in a way that technically damages it or compromises its security.
5. Fees and donations
Registration on the platform and basic use of services are free of charge. CRASA APS reserves the right to introduce paid services with at least 30 days' prior notice to users.

6. Limitation of liability
CRASA APS is not liable for:
- the quality of services offered by platform users;
- content published by users;
- transactions concluded between users outside the platform;
- indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;
- temporary service interruptions for technical maintenance.
The total liability of CRASA APS to any individual user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for services in the preceding year.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (logo, design, texts, software code) is owned by CRASA APS or respective rights holders and is protected under Italian and EU copyright law. Use of such content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Users grant CRASA APS a non-exclusive licence to use content published on the platform for the purposes of operating and promoting the services.
8. Account termination
CRASA APS reserves the right to suspend or delete a user's account in the event of:
- violation of these terms;
- fraudulent or illegal behaviour;
- publication of prohibited content.
Users may delete their account at any time by sending a request to info@crasa.team.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by Italian law and EU regulations. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR under Italian Legislative Decree 130/2015 and EU Regulation 524/2013).
Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

10. Amendments
CRASA APS reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
